Does anyone know where the serial number is for Pinnacle Studio 14 HD that comes with the Dazzle? - serial pinnacle tv center pro 5.0

I bought a helmet use, and you must install the Studio 14 video editing software. The only number that is all I see of numbers and the installer said that the serial number is entirely made up of letters. Has anyone received this and installed it successfully? I bought it at Best Buy is now the Dazzle Video Creator Plus HD.
